I have been an accredited organisational and executive coach since 2002 and provided individual coaching to over 1,500 clients. I work with CEOs, leaders, senior executives, managers and teams in the public, private, not-for-profit, community and education sectors.
My approach is strengths-based, solutions-focused approach and combined with adult development and learning theory, executive coaching and leadership frameworks. By working closely with clients, I tailor the approaches for each and provide flexible coaching and facilitation programs which meet the clients’ organisations requirements.
Prior to setting up my coaching practice in 2003, I worked with Ernst & Young for 20 years in Australia and UK, initially as an auditor. From 1988, I held management roles in technology, knowledge management and change management. During this period, I managed key stakeholder relationships, provided coaching and mentoring to staff and partners, and facilitated leadership and training programs.
