I blend my experience and knowledge as a registered health professional with my skills and passion for coaching – to empower others to define and reach their goals, enhance their health and well-being, and to discover life-purpose. My clients find me supportive, enthusiastic and gentle yet assertive.

I take a holistic approach to assist people to develop in all areas of life – personal, career, social/recreation, spiritual, health & well-being and work-life harmony. I tailor my coaching to the individual and offer health-focused coaching, personal coaching and career coaching. These areas are often interdependent, and my coaching encourages people to find strategies that will bring about harmony, and eliminate tensions across the different aspects of life.

Personal and career coaching: I assist people from all walks of life as they experience change, so they adjust and flourish. I am passionate about supporting people through life transitions by building resilience and maximising mental and physical well-being in the face of change. I help people identify opportunities that change often brings and how to manage and navigate challenging circumstances.

Health coaching: As a Tobacco Treatment Specialist, my coaching can focus on strategies to successfully quit smoking and address other addictions. Here I blend my skills as a pharmacist with coaching, taking a person-centred, non-judgemental approach.

I also provide coaching to assist in the prevention and self-management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. I support people and carers to manage their medications and develop a better understanding of the impact of lifestyle on health and well-being.
