I am an executive coach, business consultant and advisor who creates lasting change at an individual and organisational level. I work with client organisations from Board-level down to achieve reforms to services and operations.

Clients benefit from my track record for solving complex business problems in highly political environments with many stakeholders. I have lived-experience in implementing reforms across the education, policing, welfare, environment, industry and innovation, infrastructure and shared services sectors. As a result, I am able to coach and mentor individuals with a deep understanding of their real-life constraints.

As a Senior Partner for a global professional services firm, I coached and mentored staff to deliver the right results to clients, and also assisted many individuals to achieve their career goals. I have support people to attain the senior executive roles they desired.
