Coaching Approach

How I tackle challenges, problems and obstacles

I coach adults wanting to grow and change their way of thinking. I started coaching as a management consultant where I primarily worked in government agencies to plan and implement change initiatives. As the traditional change processes and stakeholder engagement were not effective, I tried a different approach. It is this experience and seeking to develop my own skills and work satisfaction that brought me to professional coaching.

My clients are from business, government, ICT, consulting and various other walks of life. I use a range of approaches drawn from the executive leadership, transformational and life coaching disciplines in coaching sessions.

I generally do not use psychometric testing as many other coaches do, but incorporate skills based coaching around emotional intelligence and other thinking models to facilitate useful conversations.

You are in charge of what we cover in coaching discussions. The sessions may include any issue or desire important to you such as self-management, sustaining relationships, designing your career, accelerating your goals or dealing with tough or unfamiliar situations.
